You have strong computer skills and very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; high proficiency with connected IKEA System landscape applications is a plus. You have knowledge and experience of meeting and interacting with various business partners. You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. You bring with you experience in developing and improving ways of working and get energized by problem-solving. You have a strong interest in Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service.

Your responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the performance of assigned service partner(s) including:• Daily operations for services connected to internal and external service partners.
• Operational excellence.
• Efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Short and mid-term capacities.
• Cost development.
• Lead-time development.
• Communications.
• Sustainability.
You will contribute to the operations and development of the Service Fulfilment organization both directly and through the work of with the assigned service partner(s) with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.
In this role, you will contribute to creating the right prerequisites in the organization to enable the growth agenda and you will be the main speaking partner for the assigned service partner(s).
You will be:
• Responsible for securing high-performing daily operations connected to service fulfilment through the performance of the assigned service partner(s).
• Responsible for securing excellence in operations and quality under the scope of Service Fulfilment on the market through the performance of the assigned service partner(s).
• Responsible for short-, mid-term and long-term operational development of assigned existing service partner(s).
• Responsible for ensuring short and mid-term capacities and resources in the market's service fulfilment network through the work with the assigned service partner(s).
• Contribute to negotiating cost development of the Service Fulfilment function through the work with the assigned service partner(s).
• Responsible for securing efficiency and implementing improvements on the market in cooperation with relevant stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to optimal multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives, and competence networks.
• Contribute to the work of the Operations Specialist with relevant input regarding IT solutions to ensure that IT solutions are maintained and updated.
• Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation within the assigned service partner(s) or service partner(s) in an assigned geographical area to bring development and innovation ideas to Service Fulfilment and total IKEA in close cooperation with the Group Functions.
• Responsible for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment through the work with the assigned service partner(s).
In this role, you will report to the Service Fulfilment Operations Manager.

OTHER INFORMATION
• The position is an average of 37 hours per week on an individual contract. Overtime is reflected in the salary. Working hours are between 8-16 on weekdays, but we are flexible, and you can also work from home.• It is expected that you will work from the Service Office at least 3 days pr. Week, so we expect you already are living in Denmark.
• Salary within IKEA's salary policy based on your competencies and including pension.
