Knowledge of how to use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. Updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, booking and coordinating People & Culture related travel, meetings and events• Execute administrative tasks linked to Learning & Development in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. Scheduling trainings, arranging meeting rooms, registering participants and facilitators
• Collaborate closely within the Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work
• Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard
