Join Our Dynamic Team: Service Growth Leader Position
What You Will Do:
Become a vital member of our newly formed operational team dedicated to driving sales growth across the Netherlands. You'll play a key role in expanding our service offerings, which include HVAC Systems, Low Voltage Systems (Security, Controls, Building Automation, Fire Detection), Fire Suppression, Industrial Refrigeration, and Residential Security. Your impact will extend across various markets such as Data Centers, Healthcare, Logistics, Public Infrastructure, and Retail.
Under the guidance of the Service Director for North West Europe and the CE Service Growth Leader, you will collaborate with regional and business line leadership to develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at achieving above-market growth and profitability while enhancing customer retention and margin improvements.
How You Will Do It:
- Lead with Vision: Define, structure, and spearhead ambitious action plans designed to exponentially grow our service business in alignment with our long-term strategic vision.
- Empower Your Team: Directly manage and mentor a diverse team of service professionals, providing clear direction on priorities, objectives, and processes.
- Collaborate for Success: Develop Go-To-Market plans for key business areas in partnership with the regional strategy department.
- Design for Growth: Collaborate with local leadership to create an organizational design that fosters profitable growth.
- Innovate Offerings: Standardize and expand service offerings in the market based on growth potential and customer demand.
- Build Partnerships: Promote our organization at high business levels, cultivating customer partnerships and alliances.
- Drive Excellence: Champion outstanding execution, focusing on gross margin expansion and optimizing our structure.
- Nurture Talent: Provide leadership, training, and support to develop talent and ensure effective succession planning.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create a culture that encourages innovation, trust, and recognition for achievements.
- Communicate Effectively: Focus on people development, customer engagement, and driving targets, budget achievement, and results.
What We Look For:
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Service Leader, showcasing sustained profitable growth.
- Management understanding across the entire value chain—from design to operations, maintenance, and service.
- Strong experience in business development and sales management for service businesses, ideally with revenues exceeding USD 50 million.
- Experience in a multinational environment with extensive sales, operations, and management exposure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to navigate strategic and tactical imperatives within a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Flexibility for regional travel.
- University degree or equivalent academic qualification preferred.
- Experience in converging industries such as Building Automation, IT, and/or Telecommunications is advantageous.
