Terms of Employment
- A full-time position (40 hours per week);
- A gross monthly salary aligned with your knowledge and experience in scale 8 between € 2.944,82 and € 3.645,96, with growth potential up to € 4.350,59 gross per month;

Your Role as a Performance Reports Officer
You will take reporting to the next level! You are responsible for executing and optimizing reports for one of our largest clients. Initially, you will focus on the various reports that need to be done for our clients. This requires accuracy and analytical ability. Once you are settled, you will also look at what we can improve and possibly reorganize (for example, using Power BI). You will also need to have, or develop, the necessary MS Access skills to provide first-line support to end users in case of disruptions. Below is an overview of your tasks:- Generating and delivering reports on time for the Management Team, the client, and the DHL headquarters;
- Collecting, processing, and verifying various information streams;
- Sending reports to the client, but also maintaining contact with the internal organization;
- Identifying problem areas, recognizing trends, and communicating about them;
- Initiating and implementing improvement proposals;
- Researching alternative applications;
- Acting proactively and providing support in case of disruptions in applications.
What makes you a good candidate for our new Performance Reports Officer
- Affinity with data and curiosity;
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
- Excellent English in word and writing. Dutch is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access, experience with Power BI is a plus;
- Good communication skills at different levels;
- Innovative ability;
- Ability to handle deadlines well.

You will start as a Performance Reports Officer at one of our five sites in Beringe. Here, we focus on clients from the Technology sector. In this case, you will be responsible within the operations of the client HP in Beringe. You will join a team of 11 other colleagues who strive together for the best result.
