Tasks
- User Acquisition: Develop and implement scalable growth strategies across various acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media and communities (Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit and others), email campaigns.
- Viral & Referral Growth: Develop and execute viral marketing strategies, including referral programs, to leverage network effects and organic growth.
- Creative link building: Expertise in developing and executing innovative strategies to build high-quality backlinks that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Data-Driven Decision making: Utilize analytics platforms to track, report, and drive insights that inform growth strategies.
- Automation: Automating growth processes, such as lead generation, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement workflows.
- Product-Led Growth: Collaborate closely with the co-founders to leverage user feedback and data for product enhancements and to accelerate customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or similar role, ideally in a startup or fast paced, rapid growth environment. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
- User Engagement & Conversion: Proven track record of building and growing communities to drive user engagement and retention. Driving B2C growth to convert B2B leads is a strong plus.
- Data Analytics: Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel, and data visualization tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- SEO/SEM Expertise: Demonstrated experience in driving organic and paid search performance.
- A/B Testing: Experience designing and running A/B tests and a familiarity with growth marketing tools such as Hotjar and others
- User-Centric Mindset: Familiarity with user segmentation and customer personas to create personalized, compelling user experiences.
- Communication: Experience with crafting compelling messaging and calls to action for landing pages, emails, and ads that drive conversions.
- Social Media & Content Marketing: Strong understanding of social media platforms, growth hacking tactics, content marketing strategies, and community engagement to grow and retain users.
