Join the Tribe Global Digital & Assisted Channels in the Squad 'Channel Communication Capabilities'. In this role, you will lead the development of personalization features within our app, creating a more relevant and engaging experience for our customers.
You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders, ranging from product teams to business leads, to deliver innovative, data-driven personalization solutions.
Roles and responsibilities
- Lead the development of personalization features for the app and web, making the user experience more relevant and tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize personalization features
- Bring innovative ideas to the table on how to further personalize and enhance the app experience
- Be data-driven, using impact assessments and data insights to make decisions and prioritize features
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
- Apply your product knowledge to improve your squad's predictability, output quality, and overall velocity
- Ensure our personalization solutions comply with regulatory requirements and maintain flawless 24/7 operations
About you
We are seeking someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is excited to bring new, forward-thinking ideas on how to enhance the personalized experience across mobile and web platforms. If you're passionate about improving our digital channels with personalization at the forefront. On top of that we are actively extending our app and web channels to Italy, Romania, Germany and Australia.
How to succeed
- You are collaborative and enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders across the business and across multiple countries
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas and convert strategies
- You are innovative and passionate about personalization, always thinking outside the box
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you are curious, proactive, and willing to experiment with new ideas
- You are data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on metrics and impact
- You are skilled at prioritizing tasks and balancing competing demands
- You have experience with agile methodologies, such as scrum, and a background in software delivery is a plus
- You have experience working in cross functional teams as Customer Journey Expert or Business Analyst, and you are comfortable managing a product backlog
- You are fluent in English, written and verbal
