NN Group is about to add a new module to their Workday implementation. This Learning module will be used by our colleagues globally in 10 countries.
Will you join our team and help us maximize this technology to meet our business needs and support adoption?
This is a temporary assignment for the duration of +/- 3 months, 32-40 hours per week. Start date as soon as possible.
What you are going to do
- Run: you will analyse and fix incidents reported by our colleagues worldwide
- Change: implement change requests by translating business requirements into solid design solutions
- Advisor: Give your expert advice to our Learning team and management about further design solutions and proces improvements
- Train & explain: help with knowledge building by explaining the Workday Learning technology to our relevant HR colleagues

Who you are
- A Bachelor degree in IT with experience in HR or workplace services
- Medior/Senior experience as a Workday specialist or consultant
- Skilled in working with the Workday Learning module
- Available for 32-40h per week, proficient with English language
- Preferably a good understanding of HR processes and employee data Your colleagues
Who you will work with
You will be part our HR Digital team, an enthusiastic and International team with Workday and other HR Tech specialists. We support our HR systems and digitalize HR services for our colleagues worldwide.
An informal atmosphere ensures our regular get-togethers. You will also be in close contact with our colleagues in IT.
