As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for overseeing assigned parti to ensure consistency of preparation and product quality. You will supervise the assigned station and colleagues concerning the quality of food products and preparations according to the predefined quality standards.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the following:
· Making sure the day to day operation is running smoothly in your section
· Training colleagues concerning product knowledge, preparation and presentation of dishes
· Following the recipes and taking into account waste management and breakage
· Ensuring that all stations are clean and tidy at all times and that all colleagues work according to hygiene and health & safety standards
