We are looking for a client-driven individual to help provide support to our customer relationship team in providing products and services designed to help our clients feed the world. This role will cover a range of agricultural sectors including, but not limited to, beef cattle and ranching, feedlots, grain and oilseeds and more in the Mountain Plains Region - from Montana to Texas.

You and Your Job
As a Financial Analyst, you will be successful by applying critical thinking skills during the underwriting process and working efficiently in both a team and individual setting.
Analyze and assess the (potential) client's credit and identify/mitigate key risks. Assist the Relationship Manager in all aspects of the underwriting process, including but not limited to portfolio management, attending site visits (when requested) and providing high quality customer service. Stay abreast of market/industry developments.
Job Responsibilities
- Underwrite credit applications, including annual reviews, renewals and new money requests.
- Manage & liaise with all stakeholders of the Team (Customer Relationship Team, Loan Support, Credit Department, and the Client) with respect to loan compliance, loan servicing and the support process.
- Discuss and propose solutions on how to serve clients optimally.
- Effectively and efficiently manage credit/risk portfolio thereby minimizing risks in the short- and long-term

- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Agricultural Business
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 35%
