YOUR ROLE
We have an opportunity that would allow you to provide expertise regarding processes, methods and tools to comply with customer and legal requirements, ISO standards and product lines standards, helping managers to achieve company's targets in terms of quality and environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Organize and perform tasks to assure compliance with ISO standards: management review, significant environmental aspects analysis, targets and programs, risk assessments etc.
- Assure proper management of documents in the allocated scope: apply GHO procedure, adapt local procedure, supervise documentation management, make sure rules are applied.
- Communicate, prepare training materials and train staff on CEVA's QE (Quality & Environment) policies, procedures, guidelines and tools.
- Coordinate environmental compliance and reporting (external, internal: Save).
- Support commercial teams in offers preparation in terms of specific Quality and Environment requirements.
- Provide expertise in specific areas required by products (GDP, HACCP, DG, SQAS...).
- Other tasks linked to QE resulting from customers' needs, local specificities or legal requirements.
- Act as GDP coordinator/responsible person & HACCP specialist.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in logistics/production or quality or environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position.
- MS Office, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards, quality tools (5Why, PDCA, CAPA, Kaizen/CI, standardization), auditing skills, knowledge about CEVA's organization.
