YOUR ROLE
The Innovation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing innovation roadmap & projects with the goal of improving efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing the customer.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead and manage innovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and CEVA innovation eco-system to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks and issues and take corrective action as needed.
- In relationship with the identified Product Managers, transitions projects to an industrialized version: Coordinate innovation launch calendar and ensure support and alignment.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Partner and galvanize a community of internal Catalysis to drive innovative projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and incorporate best practices into innovation projects.
- Facilitate ideation workshops on key sector / technological trends with internal and external players to detect disruptive ideas.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Barchelor´s Degree required
- Project & Product Management Qualifications.
- Fluent English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing innovation projects
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential applications
- Project management skills including planning, budgeting and risk management
- Change Management Experience
- Operational Excellence knowledge
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities and to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience preferably in the logistics industry
- Knowledge of the logistics industry and its challenges and opportunities
- Understand customers and industry of the product
