Team leader

This is what you contribute as Team leader

You take your team to a higher level and meet customer expectations. You do this by coaching your team members one-on-one and analyzing their performance. Every day you will take the lead in the planning and make sure everything runs smoothly. This allows you to optimize processes and discover bottlenecks. In addition, you provide work instructions and the further development of your team. Because of that we are in the middle of a Go-Live you have a lot of opportunities to use your skills. You will directly manage up to 10/15 Warehouse Operators in our Inbound or Picking & Shipping department. As Teamleader, you will allow these colleagues to work even more efficiently, because you:

• Gain insight into which processes are running well and know where the bottlenecks are. You register the performance level of your colleagues and make sure they follow training courses;
• Ensuring safety on our work floor;
• Discuss improvement proposals with theBusiness Process Manager;
• Organize your team. This means that you:
• Coach your team members, taking into account their ambitions and developments;
• Conduct assessment and performance interviews;
• Conduct absence / reintegration - and other interviews;
• Ensure the right staffing;
• Schedules training hours and keeps the time sheets and personnel movements up to date.

Our campus location in Beringe has 5 sites all focused on customers in the Technology sector. As Teamleader you will work for one of these sites. The level of the site is high, so your bar will be high and this will stimulate your personal development. Your talents as Supervisor Warehouse

• Minimum of two years experience as a Teamleader, Supervisor, cooperating foreman or forewoman;
• Organizational ability;
• Strong communication in Engels
• Stand firm in your shoes and you are stress resistant;
• Able to manage your team and bring out the best in them;
• Feeling with Microsoft Office programs (like Excel and PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems, so you can make reports and analyses.
