You are an energetic PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) with a passion for IT and a positive can-do mind-set.
Working with multiple Pega teams spread across different domains in India, Philippines & The Netherlands.
Roles and responsibilities
- Ability to lead multiple team from a technical & design perspective.
- Hands on working experience in geographically distributed teams across different time zones.
- Deliver on promises while keeping good communication lines with clients and partners
- "Can do" mentality, flexibility and ability to take ownership
- A collaborative approach to solving problems while bringing positive energy to the team
- Ability to give and receive professional feedback

- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certified.
- Minimum 10 years of PEGA experience with 1 year in LSA role.
- Hands on experience in design and implement extensible and reusable PEGA solutions for new requirements.
- Technical lead for all PEGA related topics e.g setting up coding practices, performance tuning, reliability, security.
- Working experience in PRPC v 8.X.
- Knowledge on Pega DX-API implementation.
- Hands-on experience of CI-CD (Continuous Integration - Continuous Deployment).
- Automated testing experience.
- Experience with technologies and database applications such as, but not limited to: REST, SOAP, Oracle, SQL, MFA. Strong object oriented design and implementation experience.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.
- Critically review other team member work and provide constructive feedback.
- Are experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects
