Your responsibilities
• Secure proper administration of IKEA FOOD business in line with legal requirements and internal rules and guidelines. (Internal transactions, documentation, food safety requirements, Casy)• Secure good management of the range and support the IKEA FOOD manager with optimizing the costs and gross margin. (financial and inventory/accruals , recipe management)
• Drive analysis and help IKEA FOOD manager to drive improvements for the IKEA FOOD business (Food waste management, business analysis, trainings management)
• Be part of the department team in realising the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints as well as promoting IKEA as a great place to work.
• Be an active contributor to the running business, food operations and serving the customers in peak times.
• Be responsible for the administration of Food business systems. This includes Restaurant Administration System, IPOS, productions planning and inventory management systems and future digital solutions.
