You and your job
As the Lead Expert Strategic Workforce Management, you will be a pivotal part of our Strategic Workforce Management Center of Excellence (CoE). Your primary mission is to enhance the data-driven nature of our workforce planning processes. You will lead a team that performs in-depth analyses of workforce demand, supply, and the subsequent gaps. Your role involves close collaboration with our data chapter, which includes data analysts, scientists, and reporting specialists. Together, you will set the agenda for strategic workforce management analyses and measurement, and define the necessary data products to meet our strategic workforce planning and organizational design needs. Your insights will support top-down and bank-wide data-driven workforce planning, and you will deliver these insights to strategic workforce management experts, MT HR, and the managing board.Within the Strategic Workforce Management Centre of Excellence, we support our business lines and Rabobank Group in building a future-ready workforce by offering services on topics like strategic workforce planning and organizational design. These topics require multidisciplinary expertise, and therefore we work closely together with our colleagues from HR business and Control. As a Lead expert in the CoE, you and the team will play a crucial role in developing a data-driven strategic workforce management hub. This CoE will deliver insights and enable planning for capacity (FTE), capability (skills), composition (mix), cost (EUR), and configuration (structure) of the workforce.
You will operate on both strategic and tactical levels, ensuring that our workforce planning processes are robust, forward-thinking, and aligned with our organizational goals.

- Conducting comprehensive analyses to identify workforce gaps and developing strategies to address them.
- Leading data experts to create predictive models for workforce demand and supply.
- Presenting data-driven insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure fit-for purpose data products are build like dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into workforce metrics.

- Strategic Analysis and Insights: Lead the team in performing detailed analyses of workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with the data chapter and other CoEs/areas to ensure alignment on data products and methodologies, and to drive a cohesive approach to workforce planning.
- Analyses, measurement and monitoring agenda: Set and drive the agenda for strategic workforce management analyses, and measurement, ensuring that our approaches are innovative and effective.
- Lead data-driven workforce strategy projects within business units: identifying and quantifying demand, supply, subsequent gaps and required actions.
- Enable top-down bank-wide strategic workforce planning by delivering key workforce insights for decision making and help to drastically increase the value of SWP towards senior / executive management.
