Your jobAs a Business Developer you understand financial products and how they are reflected in the systems of the bank. We are looking for a Business Developer with knowledge of financial products and the accounting and reporting related to these products.
You are proactive in investigating requirements, creating reporting designs and in creating functional mappings. You will analyse the data in the systems and propose how data can be functionally mapped, accounted and reported in the process. You will validate the data and you are part of the testing throughout the whole chain.
You focus on representing the interests of the bank and key stakeholders within the applicable processes and procedures, external legislation and regulations and internal policies in the field of Reporting.
Working environmentThe scrumteam is part of the reporting Grid. The Reporting Grid is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG) and supports the Finance & Risk departments in improving and adapting the reporting process to the regulations.
• You will work in a multidisciplinary Agile team (5-9 people); Within the team IT Engineers and Business Developers are working close together.
• In our Agile Scrum working environment, mistakes are allowed, as long as we learn from them;
• A dynamic environment and International environment;
• Collaborate with (including offshore) partners. Dynamics of working with different cultures in one team.
• You have successfully completed a higher professional education (Bsc.) or degree (WO/Msc.)
• You have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably in an Accounting and/or Reporting domain. Having experience in the field of Regulatory Reporting is an advantage;
• You have good knowledge of Accounting and of Banking products;
• You have work experience in an ETL or Reporting solution;
• You have good command and knowledge of English language, both oral and written;
• You are analytical and a strong communicator;
• You are curious, solution-oriented and eager to learn;
• You are an enthusiastic team player that lives for change.
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.
