RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check hotel guests in and out and assist with luggage when required.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Respond to all guest questions and requests.
- Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.
- Ensure a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest and special events and where further information can be obtained.
- Actioning of calls at the time specified and to the standards laid down.
- The preparation and assistance of Breakfast Service.
- To attend all relevant training as and when required.
- To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service is preferred.
- Good knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving ability and stress resistance.
- Proactive attitude and team spirit
- Passion for hospitality and service
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
