• This role offers a salary starting of £28500 per annum, based on skills and experience.
• 39 Hours per week working 5 out of 7 days, including evenings & alternative weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Experience of working within the commercial function and knowledge of customer loyalty clubs and programmes.
• A self-reliant mindset with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and the ability to communicate confidently and clearly.
• The ability to gain insights in customer needs through observing and performing data analysis and converting it to viable customer engagement opportunities and be able to influence peers and management team with this.
• Be able to positively influence the business results by setting and implementing action plans, setting budgets and following up on goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Collaborate with the Store Commercial Activity Manager and key stakeholders to integrate IKEA FAMILY and IKEA Business networks into the local commercial calendar, driving recruitment and activation of IKEA FAMILY members.
• Enhance co-worker knowledge of the IKEA FAMILY programme to support long-term growth in an omnichannel environment.
• Ensure the retail foundation for IKEA FAMILY is robust, including store thread, visibility of benefits, pricing, stock locations, and accurate forecasting, in close cooperation with the store Commercial Team. Use marketing techniques to plan, coordinate, and promote customer events through IKEA FAMILY to boost visitation and loyalty engagement.
• Keep all local communication channels updated to meet customer needs. Collect and share loyalty data and KPIs with the Store Commercial Teams and key stakeholders to capitalize on locally relevant loyalty opportunities.
