Additionally, you bring with you:
- Background in customer experience & customer service/ marketing/ business administration
- Understanding of general and digital communication trends and ability to turn them into practice
- Knowledge of how to manage digital/interactive solutions, direct marketing tools and internal digital platforms
- Agile with the creation/execution and follow up on effective local digital communication based on global guidelines and campaigns (including accountability for compliance with relevant regulations, e.g. GDPR, local laws etc.)
- Preferable experience in social media management and social media listening/caring and knowledge of search engine functioning
- Passion for customer service and customer relations
- Experience in commercial properties operations (shopping centres, hotels etc.) is a plus
- Great communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintains a system of strategic business connections.
- Fluency in both French and English languages, both written and spoken. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will enable seamless collaboration and engagement with stakeholders in our diverse environment.

As the Customer Experience Specialist at Ingka Centres, your mission is all about creating unforgettable moments for our visitors.You'll be at the forefront, accelerating the development of customer experience to support our new Meeting Place. We want every interaction to be enjoyable, memorable, and personalized, whether it's before, during, or even after their visit.
And it's not just limited to the physical space - we're talking about online and offline experiences that leave a lasting impression. Get ready to take our customer experience to the next level and make every moment count!
Based at 30 Av. D'Italie, Paris, your workplace will be right at the heart of the action- our Italie Deux Meeting Place. This means you'll be immersed in the vibrant atmosphere and energy of this bustling location, contributing directly to its growth.
Your first task is to create the Customer Experience Program for the Meeting Place by providing solutions which enhance the Customer Journey for each customer group, and secure efficient communication with customers.
Exceptional customer service is key, and you'll work closely the Customer Experience Leader to deliver day-to-day Customer Experience activities, leverage specific customer experience expertise and knowledge of standards on local and different markets.
Get ready to unleash your creativity and implement innovative services that make the customer experience a breeze. You know how to involve customers into the quick prototyping of the new ideas and concepts. Using all communication channels, including social networks as part of daily work.
Lastly, you'll monitor customers' interaction with the MP. Collect and use Customer Voice in order to engage, explain and talk to our customers day to day.
Additionally, you will:
- Plan, develop, and promote marketing events/campaigns across all media channels. Track activities and maintain website and social media accounts. Collaborate with local agencies.
- Drive and improve the customer journey and experience in partnership with IKEA Retail. Enhance IKEA's presence both online and offline in the Meeting Place.
- Cooperate with external partners to identify and implement innovation projects or initiatives in the Meeting Place. Support local innovation projects which uplift Meeting Place unique customer experiences, co-creation and operations optimization.
- Engage customers in promoting sustainability. Showcase the vision and benefits of our sustainability program. Encourage visitors to adopt healthier and greener lifestyles, collaborating with partners for community engagement.
