- Excellent skills in the use of computers, digital devices and technologies used in the department (high proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel).
- Good, clear, and concise communication and presentation skills, with passion for people development and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Romanian.
- Medium knowledge of English, written and conversational.
- Available to work also during weekends, occasionally.
- Able to handle products up to 25 kg in daily work.

A day in your life with usAs Fulfilment Integration Responsible you:
- Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and secure proper training across function. Also, you engage in securing that the Fulfilment Integration team works in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
- Consistently support and do follow-up for the onboarding process and resourcing of the Fulfilment Integration team, monitoring progress monthly and identifying specific solutions.
- Offer support and input in setting KPIs in Fulfilment function and annual business objectives, support in monitoring their achievement, propose and implement actions for achieving the expected outcome.
- Coordinate all implementation needed and agreed, connected to process developing in the Store.
- Secure and maximize efficiency in Store Fulfilment Operations by actively working to simplify the current processes and system solutions, with inputs, ideas and expertise to maximize efficiency, as assigned.
- Compile development needs and take part in prioritising and decision-making of improvements.
- Lead and represent the Fulfilment unit in cross-functional/cross-unit improvement activities.
- Coordinate all relevant readiness initiatives connected to project implementation in the Store.
- Responsible for coordinating all involved stakeholders in the Store towards a successful project implementation/process change.
- Responsible for steering communication and change management in a controlled way, to maximize motivation for all people involved in order to embrace and support the implementation.
- Responsible for monitoring and status updates, according to agreed timeline, budget and goals and taking relevant corrective actions when needed.
- Secure a clear handover to the relevant stakeholders (department and roles) at project closure.
- Supporting the SEE Solution Responsible by acting as the main point of contact for the assigned IT tools in the Fulfilment department.
- Responsible to report new and monitor existing IT incidents related to the IT tools and secure proper communication regarding incidents, to solve accessability and usage for all users.
- Responsible for steering communication and change management connected to new releases in a controlled way to secure successful implementation of updates in the unit.
- Support all departments in the Store, for understanding and follow up on KPIs connected to using of the IT tools.
- Responsible to secure relevant training material, task descriptions and working methods are available and correctly followed by new and existing co-workers in the Store.

We are seeking for people who will support the Fulfilment Integration team in daily running of different parts of the fulfilment processes in the Store.

Process Developer for Integration Team

Solution Responsible for Integration team
You are able to ensure smooth operations, in all IT tools used in the department. As the expert in the assigned IT tools, you silently orchestrate Integration within the Fulfillment unit. You consistently navigate through changes, ensuring a controlled transition and successful implementation.
