What You Will Be Doing:
Assisting the Guest Relations Supervisor with daily operations.
Reviewing arrival lists to personally welcome guests
Responding to guest requests and inquiries
Providing information about the local area
Anticipating guest needs and building lasting relationships
Handling customer complaints and escalating to (front office) management as needed
Responding to all guest feedback (both positive and negative) and ensuring improvements are made
Managing the quality, consistency, presentation, and service of Guest Relations
