Senior product manager - innovative credit risk management solutions

Who are we looking for? 

As a Senior Product Manager within the Tribe Business Lending department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative Credit Risk Management solutions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary squad that brings together both business and IT expertise. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of credit risk and experience in implementing IT solutions, you will help optimize our services for SME clients.

In this role, you will be the key link between various stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, sales, and business teams. You understand the language of these diverse parties and can connect them to achieve the best solutions. Your communication skills are essential in reaching consensus and successfully launching our innovative products in the market

Next to that, you have: 

• Knowledge of Credit Risk Management, preferably with experience in the Dutch SME market.
• Experience in implementing IT solutions within a banking environment.
• Affinity with new technologies, including Analytical Algorithms and Generative AI, and a strong interest in applying these in your work.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, ideally with experience in working within multi disciplinary squads.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and bring them on board with your vision.
• A results-oriented and proactive attitude, with the ability to translate complex problems into pragmatic solutions.
