We are looking to welcome Store Assistant's to join our fantastic Sales, Customer Services, Checkouts, IKEA Food & Warehouse team here at IKEA Bristol.

All interviews/group assessment centre will take place on the 14th & 15th of October 2024.
WHAT WE OFFER
• £12.00 hourly rate
• Various contract sizes from 12 to 39 hours working.
• Working hours between 8am to 9:45pm
• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends. All our part time roles will receive every 4th weekend off (weekend only contracts are exempt from this.)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
The ideal candidate will have a passion to ensure our customers have an amazing shopping experience, an eagerness to learn and embrace change with a solution-orientated approach to the many challenges and tasks that present themselves. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs and offering informed solutions using your knowledge of the IKEA product range.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully stocked area, ensuring IKEA's basic merchandising standards are always in place to enhance the shopping experience.
• Actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best home furnishing solutions and/or food options.
• Create a positive customer experience to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other functions to support and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Checkouts & Customer Relations:
• Provide efficient and accurate checkout and returns experiences, working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
