At Rabobank's Model Development Platform (One!Lab), we are the backbone of advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions, serving over 1500 users within our organization. Our mission is to enhance One!Lab's functionality, flexibility, and overall user experience. As part of the Analytics Platform teams within the Tech 4 Data & Analytics domain of the Technology Office (CITO), you will support the bank's goal to become more data-driven. You will join a dynamic team of over 30 platform and DevOps engineers, technical business analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Tech Leadership.

Your Role

As an Python DevOps Engineer with the Global Analytics Platform team at Rabobank, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust analytics platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and managing Azure services such as Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.
• Developing supporting applications and scripting in Python.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Automating workflows and ensuring seamless integration with various data sources.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting the platform to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Staying updated with the latest Azure technologies and best practices to continuously improve the platform's capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience

  : 3-5 years as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, focusing on deploying, optimizing, and maintaining large-scale analytics platforms.

• Expertise

  : Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and data architecture.

• Skills

  : Expert in writing clear and maintainable code in Python.

• Tools

  : Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform, and CI/CD, preferably in Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge

  : Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing data services.

• Attributes

  : Excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
