ARCA is a brand new restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef, Henrique sa Pessoa, and is opening its doors this autumn!
ARCA means chest in Portuguese. The story behind this is an idea of a historic voyage. Henrique has created a unique menu focusing on the trading routes of Portugal, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist using Asian flavours and spices. We are looking for the jewels in our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.

- Who will prepare, produce and present memorable meals for our guests, applying energy and enthusiasm to every task
- Who will use his/her culinary skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards in quality, freshness, service, hygiene and Health & Safety
- Who will also grow his/her experience by assisting Senior Chefs with admin tasks, liaising with other teams and departments to ensure guests are satisfied
- Who is proactive in contributing to menu development and identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Who will also provide first class customer service whenever interacting directly with guests or dealing with special requests
