Your knowledge, skills, and experience include:
• Good knowledge of Customer Fulfilment performance monitoring and influencing factors.
• Good knowledge of working methods securing excellence in Fulfilment Operation processes together with relevant stakeholders.
• Previous experience demonstrating strong leadership skills and the initiative to coach diverse teams.
• Very good knowledge of all relevant standard operating procedures for Customer Fulfilment to keep all co-workers and customers safe.
• Good knowledge of resource planning in accordance with potential sales scenarios, forecast and fulfilment flows allocation.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
What you'll be doing day to day
Our Fulfilment Operations department secures and executes the excellence in end-to-end operation within a unit including inbound, replenishment,picking and service execution:
• Responsible for securing efficiency, implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working throughout the fulfilment
operations to enable an excellent customer and co-worker experience.
• Securing a close cooperation and strong communication with the Fulfilment Integration team and key stakeholders such as Unit management,
support functions, and External Transport/Service Providers to maximize goods availability and customer order fulfilment efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with IKEA code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, internal regulations, and local legislation related to health,
safety & security within the Fulfilment Operations team.
• Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing Fulfilment Operations team cultivating communication, flexibility,
performance culture, competence development and succession planning,
• Responsible for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda.

The minimum salary for this position, based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week), is €3.000 gross per month (all-in contract).Working hours: Flexible from Monday to Saturday between 5:30 am and 8:00 pm, 5 days a week - every second Saturday.
