You have 2 to 4 years' experience in a management role with a proven track record of successful leadership and influencing in a matrix organization. You have a university degree (preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management) or a proven track record in logistics or sales.
You naturally share the IKEA vision, values and culture and have a strong interest in Home Furnishing.
You have experience in the last mile industry.
You also have experience in delivering results in terms of business and people development, as well as experience in implementing strategies and plans, and setting and monitoring targets.
You are familiar with IKEA processes, supply chain, shop and warehouse operations and service activities.
You have a very good understanding of customer and employee needs, requirements and expectations.
You have a very good understanding of the Market and the business.
You know how to manage stakeholders by mastering how to identify and involve them.
You can manage suppliers by evaluating and monitoring their performance.
You have good financial skills: knowledge of the impact of internal and external finance on the business.
You have strong analytical skills to help translate business and customer needs into development initiatives and creative solutions.
You are able to build relationships across the organization and influence others in your own area of expertise using your communication and negotiation skills.
You are able to identify needs and initiate change within the organization, operating in multicultural, interdependent and matrixed environments.

What you'll be doing day to day
The purpose of the role is to take accountability for leading a team of specialists (Service Fulfilment Operations Developers or Service Fulfilment Operations Specialists):• Daily operations for services: internal and external service partners
• Operational excellence
• Efficiency and continuous improvement
• Short and mid-term capacities
• Cost development and contribution to the cost goal

You will be:
• Accountable performance to secure a high performing daily operations, quality and short- and mid term capacities and resources
• Responsible to secure negotiated cost development of the Service Fulfilment
• Accountable for securing efficiency and implementing improvements
• Contribute with both knowledge and resources to optimal multichannel development and tendering activities
• Responsible to lead, coach and develop the team and individual co-workers
• Contributing to the implementation of the CFF sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment

In this role you will report to the Service Fulfilment Operations manager.
Your salary starts at : 3544€ gross per month.
