We are looking for an enthusiastic and decisive Chapterlead within TECH NL/Customer & Data to lead our team of 13 IT Integrators and 2 Service Managers.
In this role you combine HR responsibilities with active participation in projects in the field of Fraud, Customer data, KYC & Onboarding and Data management.
Job content:
· Leadership: You coach and motivate the team of project managers, putting their development and well-being first.
· HR Experience: You get the opportunity to gain HR experience by coordinating HR and team development.
· Project participation: In addition to your management tasks, you actively participate in projects, using your expertise.
· You also bring the portfolio-management in the domain to the next level.
· Collaboration: You work closely with other departments and stakeholders to achieve project goals. You are also part of the leadership team of the Customer & Data domain
We are looking for

· An energetic person with expertise in Project Management in an Agile environment, people management and affinity with Portfolio management, and with that make a large impact.

• Good communication in English (verbal, written & presentation) • Passion about technology • Analytical skills (understanding complexity and think from the impact point of view) • Not waiting for others to tell you what to do but just take initiative • You have a collaborative workstyle with focus on achieving goals • You have a focus on quality and challenge your colleagues to grow • You speak up and challenge decisions • You have a strong interest and vision in recent trends in IT-integration, project management and technology in general and the ability to transfer this knowledge back to ING • Working on continuous improvements, improve performance and deliver real time feedback on demand. • Experience in Agile / Scrum or Kanban
