What will you do as a Customer Service Agent?
As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you will have daily contact with the customer regarding various matters such as shipments, order issues, and relationship management. You provide logistic solutions that align with both the customer's needs and the organization's objectives. Additionally, you collaborate with internal departments such as the Team leaders, Transport, and Planning. You work in a team, and you all work together in the warehouse, which is a very dynamic environment. The most important thing of all is to support each other and have fun together. You will find yourself in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will deal with various interests (client & organization), and have multiple responsibilities (including Customer Service, some planning & transport, and customs).Your tasks include:- Acting as the contact person for the clients for specific operational questions & issues;
- Monitoring the progress and handling of exceptional services and products (such as urgent orders or special requests);
- Handling the administrative tasks related to customer service inquiries, such as requests and complaints from clients;
- Ensuring the correct administrative and communicative handling of documentation for shipments;
- Prioritizing and scheduling orders based on urgency and date, and releasing them in the system;
- Working closely with your colleague(s) in the warehouse.
As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you can expect:
- A full-time position (But 32 - 36 hours is also possible)
- Working hours would be 7:00 - 16:00, but it is also possible to work from 8:00 - 17:00 .
- A gross monthly salary in scale 6 between € 2.371,16 and € 2.900,- with potential growth to € 3.520,07.
- A travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer;
- 25 vacation days;
- 8% holiday pay;
- Collective labor agreement à la carte: a personal budget that you can spend as you wish. You can convert this into vacation days (maximum of 6) or have the amount paid out monthly on top of your salary. You can also use it to pay for a gym subscription;

You bring
- Skills in planning and organizing to provide support for our customers.
- Flexibility, every day is different!
- Extensive knowledge of Excel;
- Experience in Logistics; is a plus
- Good command of the English language. Dutch is desirable;
- Furthermore, you are flexible, motivated, independent, a teamplayer, and have a proactive work attitude.
