IKEA is the world's biggest furniture retailer. We strive forward with the company's vision in our hearts: "To create a better everyday life for the many people." This vision goes beyond home furnishing. We want to have a positive impact on the world - from the communities where we source our raw materials to the way our products help our customers live a more sustainable life at home.
The IKEA Japan head office is on the 5th floor of the Tokyo-Bay store. The style of working is hybrid; we are welcomed to work in the office 2-3 times a week and work from home the remainder. The office is a bright, open collaboration space (of course IKEA furnished!). We embrace challenges, trying new things, making mistakes in the process and learning from them.
Here in Japan, we currently have 12 stores, and still expanding. We want YOU to join us help continue the Life at Home revolution!
Together we achieve great things, and we want to invite you to help us "create a better everyday life for the many people."
