• Formal qualifications in computer science, software engineering, or any engineering equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Success Factor software engineer with similar level of experience in the specific tech stack for the area
• Experience of working in agile/iterative software development teams with a DevOps Mindset and with an emphasis on self-organization and delivery to agreed commitments
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture, values, and way of working

A day in your life with us
• Certified Employee Central (Mandatory) practitioner with an experience of 3-5 years in Employee central and must have worked in at least 1 end to end SuccessFactors implementation.• Good knowledge around Process designs and Personas of SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
• Strong configuration skills around Core EC functionalities like - Business rules, MDF's and FO's, Associations, Custom UIs, Alerts and
Notifications, Position Management, Data models, Configure People Profile, Picklists, Translations etc.
• Expertise in understanding the data flow across the different SuccessFactors modules and integration with third-party systems (eg : ADP, Benefit provider etc )
• Global and Regional Core EC process knowledge.
• Actively participated in Design, Playback and UAT workshops.
• Supported the Data Migration workstream of Employee central including key activities around Data Templates preparation, transformation, validation, and Data load.
• Good Communication and Team Player.
• Understands requirements gathering and setting expectations with Business and Product stakeholders. Also demonstrates personal accountability for keeping delivery on track.
• Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.
• Knowledge in Success factor API's and integrating data to external clouds such as GCP.
• Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development.

Your internal title in the organization will be Systems Engineer. This position is placed in Bangalore, India. The selection process will take place continuously. In this recruitment there is no international relocation support provided by IKEA.
