Who you are
As an Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will be part of the Group Financial Controlling team, supporting IKEA Retail, Ingka Centres, and Ingka Investments. You will contribute to securing Ingka Group's long-term profitable growth and independence by ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and financial excellence.Your responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with Ingka Group frameworks, local GAAP, and applicable regulations.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of financial reporting for business steering and compliance.
Reconciliations & Controls: Conduct reconciliations, analytical reviews, and maintain strong internal controls.
Journal Entries: Prepare, post, and reconcile journal entries including costs, revenues, accruals, and intercompany charges.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, yearly filings, and other compliance activities.
Process Improvement: Collaborate on global projects to streamline, harmonize, and automate financial operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with various business owners and teams to ensure effective financial reporting across the organization.
