The Business Process Automation team is on a journey to build modern capabilities and services to enable process modeling, mining, and automation on an enterprise scale. We provide services across different products and platforms with the aim of enabling end-to-end process management. Our ambition is to enhance the time to value and the quality of implementations, by providing fusion development services, self-service capabilities, accelerators and top-class technical advisory and support. In this position your primary focus will be Power Platform, and you will join a competent team with high ambitions, and lots of interesting initiatives to contribute to across all functions of our business.Why we will love you
You are a motivated technology enthusiast with an IT or related educational background. You are exceptional in the development of Power Platform solutions at a global enterprise level with a high usage, with at least 3 years of experience as a Power Platform administrator or platform architect working in a CoE at a global company. You have broad experience on the platform and can showcase experience with the Admin portal, Dataverse, CoE toolkit, ALM (Azure DevOps). You will stand out if you have at least an additional 3-5 years of experience as programmer (any language) and if you have solid experience with Azure services and tools such as Automation, Functions, Logic Apps and Azure DevOps. You should keep up with and champion the latest advancements and new features to improve our services and technical choices.We believe you have a strong interest and several years of experience with architecture and governance of Power Platform and the Microsoft eco-system. You can work independently, own your tasks from requirement to production, and you see the beauty in simplicity. We value action and expect that you, as a senior engineer and change maker, contribute with optimizing and improving the governance of the platform and best practices for development. You are passionate about supporting and empowering a global & diverse app maker community, which is why communication skills are imperative.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will be working in a fully empowered and agile team, delivering an optimized service and enhancing the time to value for our internal consumers, by delivering automation and self-service capabilities for efficiency, availability and usability.
• Manage technical feasibility through technical expertise to validate the ideas, concepts and solutions we introduce to ensure we enhance the IKEA ecosystem and remain cost-conscious doing this.
• Govern and manage that products and services are compliant with legislations, policies, privacy and security best practices or other requirements.
• Govern and manage that products and services are built in a cost-effective and robust way with respect to architectural conditions, minimizing unintended errors and downtime, and ensuring a resilient technical foundation.
• Govern and manage that product/service designs and technical roadmaps are aligned by key stakeholders within Ingka and Inter-IKEA Systems with interdependencies towards Group Digital in order to ensure aligned outcomes.
• Provide SME knowledge to internal consumers and stakeholders within Group Digital.

Your internal title in the organization will be Senior Systems Engineer. This position is placed in Bangalore, India. In this recruitment there is no relocation support provided by IKEA, hence we're looking for people already living or within commuting distance of the mentioned location of the role.
