About the job
Reporting to the Local Marketing and Communication Manager, you will support and coordinate the local marketing and communication efforts in the main market area (MMA).
Your assignment
- Understand customer profile and behaviour research.
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Assist in the creation of content and graphics for communication channels.
- Event coordination and implementation
- Carry out administrative and operations-related tasks as required
- Be involved in the development of various plans that support the initiatives of our Singapore Local Marketing & Communication team.
- Responsible for overall management of the Stores' internal communication channels, including digital signage, notice boards, Yammer, IKANO One Intranet and Store content.
- Work with matrix in Service Office Corporate Communication Team.
- Own the channels and collaborate with other stakeholders to motivate participation and secure best practices.
Your profile
- Highly independent, fast-learner, and requires minimal supervision.
- An appetite for learning more about the IKEA brand and business, and gain experience in marketing and/or communication.
- Excellent time and task management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent people engagement skills
