Job description for our new IT Project Manager
We are seeking a pragmatic skilled IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery. Your role will involve managing the product roadmap of the various products in the material management, transport, integration and information management domain. Besides the product roadmap, you'll also be responsible for the implementation of smaller projects, which is not handled via our normal implementation teams.Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features;
- Prioritize features based on business objectives, user needs, and market demands;
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery;
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and implement improvements based on user feedback and metrics;
- Communicate product updates, progress, and roadblocks to stakeholders and senior management;
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends;
- Drive product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction;
- Implement smaller projects in especially the transport and information management domain.
Terms of employment
- A competitive salary ranging from € 4.606,- to € 6.706,- depending on your knowledge and experience;
- A bonus that can reach up to 12.5% of your annual salary;

Your skills to become our new IT Product Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or (international) business administration;
- Proven experience in implementation of IT products in the materials management, transport, integration and/or information management domains;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry;
- You speak excellent English and understand Dutch.
