The Customer Interaction Platform team is looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful IT Engineer who is passionate about software development at the very heart customer interaction. Our goal? Provide our agents and customers a seamless omnichannel experience. We aim towards high performing, self-steering DevOps teams where each team members take responsibility and are willing to learn. Within the team, we collaborate, each team member share their expertise and also have their own specialism. Next to creating new functionality, maintaining and improving our applications are also part of the responsibility of the DevOps teams. Methodology is one thing, but the right mindset is key!
CCaaS DevOps Engineer- Take end to end responsibility for design and development of software components based on the CCaaS/SaaS platform NICE CXone for our contact center
- Knowledge of audio/SIP architecture and protocols
- Choose and manage tools and technologies to build and support a robust infrastructure.
- Be responsible for the implementation of integration patterns between CCaas/SaaS and Azure
- Identify bottlenecks and improve the performance of applications.
- Assure the developed software & implementation have the appropriate controls to comply to our security requirements.
- Ensure all necessary monitoring and backup solutions are in place.
Is this something for you? Then check your profile:
- You have at least 4 or 5 years experience in this field/ experience implementing contact center software;
- Experience with CCaaS, Contact center as a service/ NICE CXOne experience for example;
- Proven experience with implementation of software integration patterns based on REST services and API Gateways (Azure API Gateway & APIGEE).
