As Chief Smiling Officer you are the calling card of Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam. You are responsible for welcoming the guests and being the face of the hotel!
You work from the hotel lobby, where you offer a warm and friendly welcome to all guests. You answer their questions with a smile, have a chat to put them at ease and give your personal tips about the best activities, sights and hidden gems in Amsterdam. You play a crucial role in creating a hospitable and guest-oriented 5-star experience, making every guest feel immediately at home.
In your role you work closely with all operational departments. You also assist in resolving any problems or complaints, always striving for optimal service and guest satisfaction.
You have a keen eye for detail and know how to provide an unforgettable experience with a personal approach. Whether it is a business traveler who needs quick assistance or a tourist who would like to discover the city, you ensure that every guest feels special and leaves with a smile.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented and strong communicator colleague who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Do you speak multiple languages? That is a big plus, given the international character of our guests. Flexibility, stress resistance and a proactive attitude are indispensable qualities for this role.
