Aufgaben
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Partner Manager (m/f/d) to join our core team.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with sales partners and e-commerce platform providers.
You will also further develop our sales strategy and our customer portfolio.
Qualifikation
Business Development: Develop and implement sales and partnership strategies, including marketing initiatives, co-selling and collaborative product development to increase the visibility of our products.
Distributor Development: Identify and recruit potential channel partners, such as digital agencies and system integrators, who can resell, implement and support our products and services.
Platform partner development: Identifying,evaluating and establishing partnerships with technology companies, vendors and service providers in the e-commerce space. In particular in ecosystems of e-commerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopware, BigCommerce and Shopify
Sales enablement: conducting market and competitive analyses to identify new business development opportunities and developing sales strategies. Provide sales tools, training and resources to enable our partners to effectively promote and sell SPARQUE.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Intershop Communications and SPARQUE) including sales, marketing, product management and engineering to develop customised solutions and joint go-to-market strategies.
Qualification
Your profile:
Several years of experience in e-commerce platforms or software
3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management and/or sales & marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills across different stakeholder groups and hierarchy levels
High level of self-motivation and results-orientation
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to work regular office days (by arrangement) at our location in Utrecht (NL)
