We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with solid experience in corporate learning to strengthen our Global Tech Academy team. We are looking for someone who has a strong track record in learning and development and experience or affinity with Tech. As a learning & development expert, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning offering for tech employees globally.
The team
The purpose of ING's Tech Academy is to empower the engineering culture by offering excellent learning opportunities for tech employees. The Tech Academy team is cross-functional and divided between Romania and the Netherlands. We are developing end-to-end learning offering for tech employees at ING, from creating customized learning journeys to organizing workshops and managing communities.
Roles and responsibilities
You will design and manage the development of learning solutions to meet organizational learning, upskilling and reskilling needs within specified timelines and resources.
You will oversee the development of content to support high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
You will continuously collaborate with various groups of stakeholders, from engineers to HR professionals.
You will be conducting learning needs analysis and other research activities.
You will support management of vendor relationships.
You will contribute to the marketing activities.
You will work closely with our procurement, risk and compliance departments and support on the fulfilment of the relevant policies and guidelines.
You will monitor and evaluate the performance of our learning ecosystem, building relevant feedback loops and adjusting direction when necessary.

3+ years of experience in organizational learning and development.
Strong project management skills; proven experience creating impact via company-wide projects across global locations.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, facilitation, written and presentation), with the ability to balance diplomacy and challenge.
Strong in stakeholder management and connecting to various audiences, from engineers to HR professionals.
Experience in conducting learning needs analysis and leveraging the insights to create learning requirements.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and prioritize.
Experience with instructional design and design thinking methodologies.
Bonus: You have affinity with IT; you understand what your IT colleagues do, and you are aware of the most important developments in the field.
