Supervisor Electrical

As the Supervisor Electrical, you will oversee the electrical work during the construction of custom yachts, ensuring that all electrical systems and installations meet the highest standards. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to manage work packages, monitor progress, and maintain quality control. Your role involves both technical expertise and leadership to guide third-party collaborators and ensure the smooth execution of electrical-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure quality of electrical installations on yachts.
• Advise on technical work division within the project.
• Review and assess electrical engineering packages.
• Coordinate and monitor electrical work packages for timely delivery.
• Inspect and control quality of electrical work and materials.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes and packages.
• Guide and instruct third-party contractors on electrical tasks.

Requirements:

• MBO+ or Higher Vocational Education in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in the maritime or yacht-building industry.
• Problem-solving, quality-oriented, and persuasive.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in English
