As Business Manager for the Products Retail NL (CPO) domain you will join one of the most dynamic parts of the bank. The domain is responsible for delivering and maintaining high quality, customer focused and costs efficient products, services and systems. The CPO/Retail NL Tech domain consist of 10 Tribes, ranging from product oriented Tribes, like: Payments & Savings, Business Lending and Housing and digital oriented Tribes, like: Digital & Customer Interaction and Digital Platform. As a Business Manager it is your role to ensure effective execution of the retail strategy and to improve collaboration across Tribes and Segment Value Proposition (SVP) teams. In your role you can make a difference by supporting and engaging the MT CPO in having the right focus toward achieving goals. Together with the Lead Business Manager CPO you will support the Chief Product Officer Retail NL. Furthermore you will be initiating and executing a wide variety assignments and projects concerning tomorrows challenges.Key responsibilities
- Work on strategic topics that are on the CPO agenda, for example: develop the future workforce; improve customer centricity.
- Support the Chief Product Officer by creating presentations or collecting data for decision-making.
- Bring structure and continuously improve the CPO processes, including KPI setting, monitoring strategy execution and managing the MT CPO meeting agenda.
- Take the lead in developing the CPO workforce, for example by creating a learning platform for Product Owners.
- Support on strategic communication within the CPO domain, for example by organizing a quarterly managers meet ups.

- University degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English is required;
- Experience in a consulting or business development environment;
- Proven analytical skills and able to create documents for management purposes;
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels in the bank;
- Social skills are above average, connect easily and are able to formulate clearly and to the point;
- Above all; you have a positive presence and a passion to drive change & execution.

- A gross monthly salary between € 4,292.40 and € 6.130,64 per month (scale 9, depending on knowledge and experience), a thirteenth month and holiday pay.

- We maintain a hybrid way of working. This means that you both work from home as from our head office in Utrecht.
