As a Global Learning Consultant within our Talent Management and Learning Centre of Expertise (CoE), you will play a pivotal role in turning our vision into reality. You will collaborate on concrete learning and talent management projects and processes, bringing your expertise and passion to uplift individuals and ignite their eagerness to learn.
What you will do as a Global Learning Consultant
As a Global Learning Consultant, you will:
- Strengthen and align our learning paths with the evolving needs of our business, focusing on areas such as stimulating commercial savviness, enhancing project excellence, driving the digital transformation, and advancing leadership capabilities.
- Help drive initiatives that foster talent management, including career development and stimulate a dynamic learning culture.
- Initiate, design, and potentially facilitate workshops and training programs (e.g. Around strengthening power skills, cultural awareness, leadership).
- Support our different learning academies to assess whether the content is still in line with business needs, make changes where relevant, and promote usage.
- Manage the program of our Future Leaders Program, working with our partners around the design, co-facilitating parts of the program, and ensuring a good candidate experience for these potentials.
- Support various talent management projects and processes, encompassing learning, performance management, ED&I, onboarding, leadership development, and career development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand their unique learning and development needs, designing innovative and effective learning solutions.
- Manage strategic relationships with external vendors and partners, including Cornerstone (LMS) and LinkedIn (learning).
What you bring
We are seeking a sparkling and driven individual with a growth mindset and a passion for personal development, inspiring others to grow alongside you. You know how to collaborate on different levels within a global organisation. Furthermore, you have:
- A degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in global learning and development within an international, dynamic organization.
- A proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning interventions, including experience in designing and delivering digital learning solutions, such as e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual workshops.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to guide individuals toward their growth potential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (in Dutch is appreciated)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and sensitivity and ability to work with and deliver to diverse audiences and target groups.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for learning and development, such as learning management systems, virtual classroom software, and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to help individuals and teams develop digital skills and embrace digital ways of working.
- Experience in working with Cornerstone or a comparable learning management system (like SAP Success Factors or Workday).
