Credit Process Management is a new team within the 1st line of defense in Financing Solutions (FS). FS is responsible for our customers' end-to-end credit journey. FS offers customers from all customer segments the most suitable credit solution. Depending on the needs and profile of the client, FS offers its products (both standard and tailor-made financing solutions) in the different sectors.
The Credit Process Management team plays a critical role in the continuous improvement of credit and collateral processes and tools, including the implementation of regulatory changes outside IT. This continuous improvement involves simplification, innovation, AI, and outsourcing. While managing regulatory changes as efficiently as possible, the team aims to enhance the client journey and contribute to a better working environment for the Lending and Lending Support teams through process and tool optimisation.
Your JobAs a Lending Change Implementation Lead , you will have end-to-end responsibility for implementing regulatory changes and improvements to credit and collateral tools and processes within FS. You will lead change initiatives from a content perspective, ensuring successful business implementation and change management across the lending domain. The scope of changes is aligned with loan origination and monitoring activities of FS. Your tasks and responsibilities include:
Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support lending process and tool optimization and regulatory changes.
- Lead changes with end-to-end responsibility based on a content perspective.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for change initiatives within FS.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align implementation efforts with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans for regulatory change and optimisation initiatives within the lending domain.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Establish and maintain strong PMO standards combined with in-depth knowledge of the lending domain.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track the progress of implementation activities and provide regular status updates to Management Teams.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during implementation.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the functional team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the functional area, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in lending with a proven track record of successfully leading change and business implementation initiatives. Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of lending products, systems, and workflows.
Extensive change management experience, preferably in financial institutions.
Experience with simplification, automation, artificial intelligence, and strategic outsourcing.
At least 10 years of experience in senior roles in Lending, Optimization, and/or Change Management domains.
A strategic mindset with practical experience in implementing changes.
Proven experience in managing teams of professionals.
Highly experienced in stakeholder management at the most senior level.
Excellent communication, and planning and organization skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is a must.
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
