As a Hair Stylist at The Beauty House, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences through a variety of treatments. You will be mainly responsible for blow drying, cutting, makeup and other hair care treatments.
This position requires technical expertise, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and a genuine passion for promoting wellness. The role will report to the Wellness Manager.
Your Role in Our Story:
- Welcome each guest with genuine warmth, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident as they step into our salon as a Hair Stylist.
- Provide personalized consultations and expert styling services, delivering blow-dry, hair styling, hair cutting and hair treatments.
- Use your creativity and deep knowledge of hair trends to offer tailored recommendations that enhance each guest's look.
- Keep the salon area pristine and perfectly set, ready to delight guests with a relaxing experience.
- Handle appointments and payments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Hair Stylist is essential, with strong skills in blow-dry, hair styling, hair cutting and hair treatments.
- Experience in luxury environments and high-service quality levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
