BAM Group has developed and implemented the BAM-wide Tender Stage Gate Process and the associated Stage Gate System to mitigate project risks originating in the tender phase and to minimize the risk of future losses in projects. This process and system support the divisions and the Executive Board of Directors in making selective and competitive bids, as well as in enabling data-driven portfolio management.
The Tender Assurance team is responsible for maintaining this process by continuously refining our Baseline, systems, and Policies to ensure reliable tendering and governance processes. We achieve this by leading and activating various expert groups and Tender Desks to develop and enhance these processes.
