Tasks
Role and Responsibilities
- Launch and Lead in your region: Acquire the license for the UK or Germany, giving you exclusive rights to the region.
- Recruit and Guide Franchise Partners: Build and mentor a network of skilled business mentors, ensuring their success as independent franchise partners.
- Drive SME Growth: Help SMEs achieve transformational results, contributing to the region’s economic development.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Implement targeted campaigns to engage SMEs and promote your services.
- Collaborate with Local and Global Peers: Share insights and best practices with thexton armstrong’s local and international network. Development
Requirements
- You have owned or (co)invested in SMEs (preferably B2B) or
- You're experienced in general management or
- You have worked at senior management level at two of the following fields of expertise; sales, marketing, finance, business development or consulting or,
- You have a track record as a successful independent business consultant or coach
- You are currently living and working in Germany or the UK
- Fluent in English (for UK applications / business professional for Germany applications)
- Fluent in German (for Germany applications only)
- Please note that if you're interested in joing in The Netherlands, it is a requirement to have a solid command of the Dutch language.
