We are looking for a Rich Content Coordinator to join our Content and Design team at the headquarters in Rotterdam (NL) or Strombeek (BE).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, e-commerce teams, category teams, and content agencies, and interview necessary individuals to document the goal, messaging, and vision of the content.
- Draft, edit, and create content briefs on new and existing items.
- Write rich content and PLP texts.
- Manage assigned projects to ensure they are created, routed, communicated, reviewed, and completed on time.
- Assist in evolving the content strategy for MediaMarkt Benelux.
- Execute keen attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies in content/content process - Be the trusted liaison between copywriters and internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand tone of voice and identity are met consistenly across all content.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including images, videos, and other files
- Work with digital team(s) to analyze and report on digital content - Exhibit proficiency in analytics and identification of pain points.
- Exhibit SEO knowledge proficiency - Leverage existing content with close collaboration with SEO team while continually looking for ways to refresh/improve, while also being the internal point of contact for the Content and Design team with regard to SEO advice.
- Responsible for keeping the entire team up to date with marketing and digital content trends, best practices and bringing new strategic ideas to take our content to the next level through data-based performance.
- Planning creation, maintenance, follow-ups and completion of specific projects. (End-to-end)
Who are you?
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital marketing or content management.
- Experience with SEO Strategy and content creation (writing).
- Experience with e-commerce dynamics.
- Expertise in data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Ideally, previous experience (retail) company.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication and multimedia design or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate with all stakeholders within an international team as well as own internal team and internal stakeholders.
- Critical, an eye for details and strong passion for user experience.
- Fluent in English and Dutch. French would be considered a plus.
