Your tasks

We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer for our Data Platform team. The team's responsibilities include:

• Deployment and maintenance of data-related open-source tools (e.g. Airflow, DataHub)
• Development, deployment, and maintenance of in-house data solutions written in Python
• Maintaining and developing infrastructure related to data: e.g. Cloud storage solutions, data access policies, and all the infrastructure needed to support the applications in the previous point
• Direct monitoring and maintenance of several data-related services

 

Your profile

• Experience with managing and maintaining corporate-level cloud platform environments
• Experience in migration processes
• Experience in the management of cloud storage solutions
  • Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
  • Delta Lake
• High-quality software development mindset
• Security-aware cloud development mindset
• Programming/scripting languages
  • Python
  • SQL/dbt
  • Terraform
• Software
  • Airflow
  • Argo (Events, CD, Workflow)
  • Databricks
  • Spark is a plus
  • DataHub is a plus
• Knowledge and interest in Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes and Helm are a plus
• The salary range is approximately €4,400 to €6,200 per month.
