- Proven track record managing overall Profit and Loss (P&L) with impactful results
Your responsibilities
In the role as Country Food Manager, you are responsible for ensuring Food as a key growth driver for IKEA by providing an inspiring and unique meeting with the customers in existing and new meeting places.Furthermore you will:
- Manage resources (people and budget) within the Food function.
- Prioritize sales, pricing, and margin mix development.
- Drive food quality and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to IKEA's business plan and brand positioning.
- Lead a high-performing food team.
- Join us in creating joyful customer experiences through food!
