We're looking for a motivated German and Dutch-speaking customer support agent to join our Account Receivables team at our Maastricht location, DHL Express' finance expertise center. This shared service center employs over 550 professionals from 40 nationalities, providing high-quality financial services globally.

As a customer support agent you are the primary contact for our customers, you'll be at the heart of maintaining strong customer relationships. You'll handle inquiries related to the order-to-cash process, particularly (e-)billing, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly. Additionally, you'll act as a DHL German and Dutch-speaking ambassador, managing databases and programs to deliver timely responses, and distribute calls when necessary to meet our high customer service standards.

Strong communication skills in Dutch and German are essential, as 70% of customer interactions occur via email.
